As Professor and Chair of the Graduate Admissions Committee in the 51³Ô¹Ï School of CSD, Dr. Kerry Mandulak has seen firsthand the power of using holistic review for graduate admissions to advance equity and inclusion in processes, and subsequently, increase diversity in myriad dimensions, of the speech-language pathology and audiology workforce. Dr. Mandulak has made it her life’s mission and focused research agenda to continue the national conversation around this important work through investigation and community building around inclusive admissions processes. She is active in the Council of Academic Programs in Communication Sciences & Disorders (CAPCSD), the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and has served as VP of Finance as well as President of the Oregon Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
