Dr. Elizabeth Toushin is the director of nutrition services at Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, and an adjunct professor in the department of health, nutrition, and exercise science at Immaculata University. She holds board certifications as an advanced practitioner in clinical nutrition and nutrition support, and is also a fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Dr. Toushin is currently teaching evidence-based practice in lifestyle medicine for the 51³Ô¹Ï Doctor of Healthcare Science Program.
