Rebecca Towers received her Bachelor's and Masters in Flute Performance and Pedagogy from Central Washington University.  For the past 20 years she has taught in Southwest Washington and worked as a freelance musician.  She performs regularly with the Sunnyside Symphony Orchestra, the Vancouver Masters Chorale Chamber Orchestra, the Con Grazia Wind Quintet, the Oregon Chamber Players Quartet (flute, oboe, viola, and cello), and the Sirens Trio (flute, oboe, piano).  Since 2005, she has served on the Greater Portland Flute Society's board.  She resides in Milwaukie, Oregon with her husband and two cats.
