Reflect, Renew, Recharge: A Planning Retreat for 2025
The Staff Senate Professional Development Committee is pleased to announce a partnership with the School of Communications and Sciences Disorders Professor Kerry Mandulak to host a three-hour workshop for employees to renew, reflect, and recharge as you enter the new year. Please register below to attend this workshop on Tuesday, January 28, from 4 - 7 p.m., on the Forest Grove Campus in Boxer Pause and on Zoom.
This workshop was offered two years ago and the following feedback was shared:
- "A more focused way to identify values and to set goals. I also liked the step-by-step approach leading up to making plans for the year. It was also really good to reflect on the things that I feel are unknown or uncertain right now, it kind of helps you to prepare for those things, and to shift your focus to the things that are certain."
- "I liked the deep dive into my values and pulling out themes for the year."
- "I appreciated the time and guidance to reflect on personal intentions, and the chance to connect on a personal basis with colleagues."
Please Note: For the best possible engagement opportunity, we encourage you to attend in person, however, the training will be offered on Zoom. Upon registration, a calendar invitation and the Zoom link will be provided.
The Staff Senate Professional Development Committee is hosting two other workshops.
