In 51�Թ� Professor Stevie Woods' first solo gallery show "Natural Consequences" viewers are invited to explore the relation between animals and their dwindling natural environment from a new perspective. Through over 30 encaustic wax paintings, Woods illustrates the loss of animals across the globe due to climate change and exploitation while seeking to ask the questions that science hopes to answer.

What separates "high" art from "low"? In his senior capstone, “Reclaiming Manga Aesthetics,” Justyn Lee ’25 explores Manga through an artistic lens. A double major in Japanese and art at 51�Թ�, Lee was inspired by his time studying in Japan. His project challenges the perception of Manga as merely a commercial product, calling for greater recognition of its aesthetic value and deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind the medium.
