Foreign Pharmacy Education
Applicants who completed a degree in pharmacy from a foreign college or university are handled on a case-by-case basis. Applicants are encouraged to complete an unofficial prerequisite worksheet first to have their foreign coursework evaluated by the Office of Graduate and Professional Admissions. As mentioned above, all foreign coursework must receive an official evaluation by a certified agency. Several factors will be taken into consideration when evaluating any previous foreign pharmacy education: coursework completed, grades received, duration of study, and the length of time passed since completion of the pharmacy degree. All decisions in this regard are made by the Admissions Committee for the School of Pharmacy and are final.
