All business cards should be ordered through the Service Center. All business cards use the 51³Ô¹Ï logo with specific fields that can be customized based on position.
Preprinted letterhead can be — and you also can use electronic letterhead for print-on-demand pieces. Electronic letterhead is quick and easy to customize and helps mitigate potential waste.
Our email signature generator lets you type your contact info into an online form to generate a copy-and-paste signature that aligns to brand standards. Remember: Email signatures should not include images — even the university logo — as they are often stripped out of emails and replaced with attachments.
All employees also can create and/or update their own employee webpage on the university website. These pages feed department or unit staff listings and also provide a place to highlight faculty expertise, job responsibilities and contact information.
