Why Your Participation Matters
Our committee has been charged with designing an integrated approach to faculty development that elevates existing excellence initiatives and identifies areas for growth. Your survey responses will inform our proposed model for organizing faculty support resources and shape specific recommendations to present to university leadership.
Thank you to the faculty who participated in our listening sessions this fall. Your insights directly shaped this survey. Now we need to hear from the broader faculty community to ensure our recommendations reflect diverse experiences across all appointment types, career stages, and disciplines.
