Moodle Upgrade July 31

We will be upgrading to Moodle 4.5 next Thursday, July 31st, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. During that time, Moodle will be unavailable to all users.
In addition to some back-end changes, this version will provide some new features and improvements that will make the system more flexible and easy-to-use. These include:
- The ability to add subsections to topics or weeks.
- Improved course navigation options.
- Small improvements to the grade book, assignments, and forums.
