We are excited to share that Angeleca Sackett came to Pacific in early May as our Catering Manager but after a search as far as the Rocky Mountain region has been hired as our Dining General Manager.
Originally from Utah, Angeleca brings nearly a decade of experience in fine dining and university food service to her role at 51³Ô¹Ï. Known for her hands-on leadership style and commitment to cultivating strong, collaborative teams, she’s passionate about creating dining experiences that are not only nourishing but memorable.
Outside of work, Angeleca enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Oregon’s vibrant food scene, and unwinding with a good book or writing project. She believes that hospitality is rooted in connection, and she brings that spirit to everything she does on campus.
She is currently working a dual role of General Manager and Catering Manager until we can fill that role. Please introduce yourself and congratulate her when you have the opportunity.
