The School has developed partnerships with international partners in Japan, India and Belize to offer structured global APPE rotations.
The experiences are done with the partnerships of:
- Hillside Health Care International (Belize)
- JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research (India)
- Hoshi University (Japan)
- Musashino University (Japan)
To be considered for the rotations with these partners students in active preparation for Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPEs) will need to submit their applications and interest during their fall semester to the Office of Experiential Education. These windows are open for students in the fall term prior to starting APPEs.
The School can also work independently with our currently enrolled international students that are interested in completing an elective APPE rotation in their home country (e.g., Canada, Saudi Arabia). It is advised that interested individuals connect with the Office of Experiential Education for evaluation whether the rotation is feasible and what is the proper procedure and steps.
