Undergraduates on the Forest Grove campus from the Colleges of Arts and Sciences, Business, and Education share a common academic calendar and finals schedule.

2025-2026 Finals Schedule

Classes meeting 1 or 2 days a week but not following the below configurations should follow the MWF or TTH class start time schedule. For example, a class that meets only on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. would have its final exam time from noon to 2:30 p.m. 

Classes not starting during the above periods:

Fall: Thursday, Dec. 4 - 3:00 to 5:30 p.m.

Spring: Thursday, May 7 - 3:00 to 5:30 p.m.

Three Finals Policy

When a student has three finals scheduled on the same day, the student has the right to have one of the finals rescheduled. Normally, the middle final will be rescheduled. If the middle final cannot be rescheduled due to the nature of the final*, the professor will provide documentation to the student to that effect and the student will have the third final rescheduled. If neither the second nor third finals can be moved, the first one will be rescheduled. In the event that all three of the finals are deemed unmovable, the matter will be referred to the Dean's office for the final determination. The student is responsible for contacting professors at least two weeks in advance to make necessary accommodations according to the guidelines above.

* e.g. The final consists of presentations, groups projects, or performances. Inconvenience is not a sufficient reason to refuse this request.
