There are eight openings for the 2025-27 Staff Senate term. Staff Senators have a front-row seat to learn and engage in larger decisions made at the university. Sarah Cavanagh, author of Mind Over Monsters: Supporting Youth Mental Health with Compassionate Challenge, will visit campus on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. A wide variety of events will be planned on, inviting students, faculty, and staff to engage with Prof. Cavanagh and the concept of âcompassionate challengeâ in the college classroom. Please save the the date and learn how you can prepare for her visit.
