New Single-Session Format!

 

The Mindful Coping Workshop aims to increase awareness of our mind and body, gain understanding of our experiences, and help us move our lives in a more fulfilling direction. We will use experiential exercises, conceptual tools of mindfulness, and journaling throughout the session to help provide a variety of tools for you to cope with life stress.

Sarah Cavanagh, author of Mind Over Monsters: Supporting Youth Mental Health with Compassionate Challenge, will visit campus on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
